Smoothie:Blending Fresh Vegetable

The best smoothie is the one you make it at home, with just a few organic ingredients and the right kind of blender.

Ingredients


  • 300 ML Coconut water
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Branch of Parsley Leaves
  • 1/2 a Lime/Lemon
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp Black/White Chia

Instructions

  1. Combine avocado, cucumber, lemon juice and coconut water in a bender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
